The short version: the retail partner handles the entire journey from checkout to doorstep.
Who does the delivering
When you press a buy button on this site, the order is placed with our retail partner. They run the checkout, pick the box from their own stock, and hand it to the carrier. Delivery speed, carrier choice and any delivery cost are set by them and shown before you pay.
Where to check on a parcel
Your confirmation email from the retail partner links to the live order status, which is always more current than anything we could tell you. If a parcel stalls or arrives dented, their order page is the place that fixes it.
A note on ink and weather
Acrylic ink dislikes extremes. If a box spends a January day in a mailbox, let the markers come back to room temperature for a few hours before priming them. Cold ink flows pale and recovers on its own; no first aid required.
