The quickest route

Order questions are the one thing we hand off. Delivery timing, payment and returns all live with the retail partner who processed your checkout, and their order page resolves those faster than we can.
Paper mail
Letters reach the studio at 4172 Juniper Loop, Suite 118, Boise, ID 83704. It is a mailbox and a workbench, not a shop: there is no counter, nothing to try in person, and parcels sent there cannot start a return. For anything with an order number, the order page in your confirmation email is the right desk.
