The Left Right Roll dice game in a black box: three carved dice and 48 chips.

From the studio

What this box is

The same game our studio plays while paint dries, in the black-box version. Three one-inch wooden dice carved with the left-right-roll faces, forty-eight chips in red, yellow, blue and green, and a lined wooden box that closes on all of it.

The details that matter

A darker box

Same wooden build and lined interior as our first version, finished in black. It reads well on a shelf.

Rules in one round

Roll, pass chips left or right, last player holding chips takes the round. Everyone learns it by watching.

Chips for a crowd

Twelve chips in each of four colors, enough for a family-reunion headcount.

Paintable

The chips take acrylic paint well, which is how a few of ours ended up customized.
